Psalms of Planets

Its rainy, wet and the school holidays are afoot. While that doesn’t mean school for my little ones just yet, it does mean a break from the weekly routine of ballet, swimming, storytime…What to do?

I have been gathering my favourite do-at-home gems from the blogosphere – here goes!

1. How about this gorgeous cloud mobile tutorial from Paper Kawaii, via Little Living? Once you get the hang of it, you can apply it to all kinds of shapes.

2. I am absolutely loving this colour-gradient block tutorial from Merliee of Mer Mag, via the fabulous Handmade Charlotte. Art school at home!

3. A bit of old fashioned romance pressing flowers with Design Mom

4. You could brighten up your place with these delightful paper flower balls from Bloesem Kids, spotted on LMNOP

5. Got some crummy old crayons? Continue the rainbow theme with these DIY ones – don’t they look so much better like this? I found this at Papernstitch

One of the best things in life is to MAKE, so put the phone down, get your materials and hop to it.
